Your New Role: You will oversee a key portfolio across Southwest Sydney and Western Sydney, leading Store Managers and their teams across multiple high profile locations. This role suits someone who leads from the shop floor, enjoys coaching in real time and understands how to bring consistency across a large footprint. You will be hands on, visible and present across stores each week. Lead a portfolio (stand alone & concession) with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience Coach Store Managers through regular store visits, in the moment feedback and clear development plans Drive strong visual and operational standards with a natural eye for detail Analyse trade reports to identify opportunities across product mix, rostering and customer flow Build a strong talent pipeline by developing high performers and supporting succession planning Oversee wages, rosters, compliance and commercial outcomes across all stores Support seasonal floorsets, promotional launches and key brand events Foster a positive team culture built on communication, accountability and genuine customer connection Your Experience: Experience managing 5 or more locations as a Cluster, Area or Regional Manager within fashion or apparel. A leadership style that is hands on, visible and present on the shop floor, not behind a back office desk Strong commercial thinking, with confidence in coaching, performance management and decision making Natural strength in styling, presentation and maintaining high VM standards Passion for womens fashion with a customer focused approach A current drivers licence and your own transport as travel is required across the portfolio (car allowance provided) Strong organisation, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment What's Next?
